Chortex USA Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from www.chortexusa.com, we will gladly issue a refund. Please note the following provisions:
- Outlet items are ineligible for exchange or refund.
- Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Item(s) must be in their original packaging and condition, with all labels attached. Laundered items cannot be returned.
- Item(s) must have been purchased through www.chortexusa.com; purchases from retail partners cannot be returned to CHORTEX USA.
- Returns are refunded to the original method of payment.
- Exchanges cannot be made. Please return any unwanted item(s) and make a new purchase.
- Shipping fees, sales tax, import duties and tariffs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the customer return.
- We do not provide Return Shipping Labels, We encourage customers to choose a traceable shipment option when they return items to our designeated facility as stated on their RMA.
- Return Merchendise Authorisation requests due to undesired color are not a product defect or shipping error, therefore are not eligible for complimentary exchange or refund.
- All sales become final after 15 days from receipt of shipment.
A Return Merchendise Authorisation (RMA) must be obtained in order to return any item(s) purchased through our website. You can obtain a RMA by signing into your CHORTEX USA account. Once logged in, click on “Orders” and select the item(s) that you wish to return. Your return request will then be submitted to our customer service team. Please allow 1 – 2 business days for review of your return request.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an automated email which will contain the necessary RMA instructions on where to return your item(s). Please be sure to write the RMA clearly and legibly on the outside of the box.
No changes can be made once an order has been submitted and processed. Therefore, most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours to give our customers ample time to cancel their orders before shipment if they choose to do so.
Once your order is submitted there is a limited window of time during which an order may be cancelled. If we are contacted prior to an order being shipped, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
